By accessing or using the C4-AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
C4-AI provides an AI-powered multi-channel customer engagement platform that integrates with Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and web chat widgets. The Service includes:
- Automated AI responses across all connected channels
- Voice and image processing (speech-to-text, vision AI)
- Product catalog management and online store
- Broadcast messaging and group management
- Customer support tools and analytics dashboard
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or business may maintain multiple accounts for different businesses
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
- Send unsolicited bulk messages that violate platform policies
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Share your API credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to collect data in violation of privacy laws
- Impersonate other businesses or individuals
- You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
- You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use
- You are responsible for the content sent through your Instagram account via our platform
- We are not responsible for changes to Instagram's API that may affect service availability
- You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time
- AI responses are generated automatically based on your configuration and training data
- You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI behavior for your business
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses
- You should monitor AI interactions and adjust prompts as needed
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, OpenAI, etc.).
- The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by C4-AI
- You retain ownership of your business data, content, and customer information
- You grant us a license to process your data solely for providing the Service
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C4-AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be deleted. You can request immediate deletion.
We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard.
These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
